Community Swimming at Te Huruhi Community Pool is where we invite the community to come down and have fun. We bring out the toys we’ve got in the cupboard and we all get to play.
Having fun at the pool is great way to build water confidence outside of the structure of lesson time. And sometimes we do it for no reason whatsoever- just because it’s fun.
Sessions are $4 per swimming adult, $2 per child and $7.50 for the whānau (up to six people, of whom three may be adults).
Children between the ages of five and ten years must be actively supervised by a caregiver over the age of 17. Children under the age of five need to be actively supervised and within reach of a caregiver 17 years or over at all times (i.e. in the water)
Nothing from Wednesday, 22 May 2019 to Friday, 21 June 2019.
Full schedule of sessions available here.
