Swimming is a fun, low impact form of fitness that keeps your heart rate up, builds muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. It is the perfect activity for all ages and abilities – and don’t forget…our pool is heated!

So when will you be coming down to swim some laps, improve your stroke or partake in an enjoyable Aqua Fit class?

Adult Lane Swimming – begins Tuesday 27th 7am – 8am! 

Grab a friend, come on down at our scheduled times, find yourself a lane, start swimming and keep going for as long as feels good for you. All swimming abilities and ages welcome. $5 per Adult, per session or $45 for a ten-clip concession card. Pay onsite with cash or bank transfer.

Scheduled times for Lane Swimming;

Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7am – 8am + Sundays 10.30am – 12noon (except on Public Holidays)

Swimming Technique Focused Workouts – begin Wednesday 28th 6.45pm

For those who are interested in improving their swimming technique, our technique focused workout blocks begin next week!
Accommodating all skills and ability levels, whether you’re new to lane swimming, training for your next ocean swim or triathlon, or looking to improve your swimming technique, this workout is for you. These sessions will focus on improving your technique, which will make you a faster and more efficient swimmer. It’s also a great full body workout!
Each block runs for eight classes:
* Wednesday nights 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm (so you can make it if you catch the 5:30 pm boat)
* First session starts Wednesday 28 October 2020 
* Sunday mornings 9:30 am to 10:30 am
* First session 1 November 2020

Pricing is:
• $120 for Wednesdays only or Sundays only (no swapping)
• $140 for one session each week pick your workout
• $210 for Wednesdays and Sundays (16 sessions)
• $20 for casuals
• Blocks must be paid in advance
